Payment and Delivery

Payment

We accept cash deposits and EFT transfers.
Cheque payment needs to be cleared by the bank before the parcel will be send.
All prices quoted exclude VAT at 15% as well as delivery fees.

Discount

Although our prices are already very competative, we do give discount for orders of more than R5000-00. Please contact us for more details.

Delivery Methods

We prefer to use a courier service, but if you prefer the post office, we will send your parcel via the post office. Please note that we do not take any responsibility for parcels being damaged, lost or not delivered by the post office.
Fastway Couriers - From R100 VAT excluded. They do however not cover the entire country yet.
Aramex Couriers - From R100-00 VAT excluded. They deliver countrywide.

Cartridges Not In Stock

If the cartridge you require is out of stock, it will be put on back-order and delivery may be delayed for 7-10 working days.

Returns

Generic, remanufactured or compatible cartridges will be replaced on request, if faulty.
Cartridges correctly supplied and NOT faulty, will have a 20% handling fee, provided it is in it's original packaging and not yet opened.
Opened or used cartridges WILL NOT be replaced.
Postage will be for your account.
We do not give cash refunds, only replacements.
